There’s officially a new Grand Duke and Grand Duchess in Luxembourg! On Friday, Grand Duke Henri abdicated in favor of his son, Grand Duke Guillaume, with plenty of sparkling royal jewels on hand to witness the moment.
Ahead of tomorrow’s abdication in Luxembourg, the future Grand Duchess Stéphanie has been depicted for the first time wearing one of the family’s most important royal tiaras.
Tomorrow, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa of Luxembourg will hand over her role to her daughter-in-law, Princess Stéphanie, when Grand Duke Henri abdicates.
