Sparkling Royal Jewels From Around the World
King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of the Belgians had a particularly busy Thursday, visiting a special flower festival in Ghent before jetting off to Sweden for a tiara-filled family celebration.
The biggest tiara event of the year to date took place this evening in Stockholm, with a fabulous array of brilliant royal tiaras and jewels on display to celebrate the 80th birthday of the King of Sweden.
It’s a very big royal day in Sweden: King Carl XVI Gustaf is celebrating his 80th birthday, and royal family and friends from around the world have descended on Stockholm for the celebrations.
The second day of King Charles III and Queen Camilla’s American state visit wrapped up with a state banquet at the White House—and Camilla surprised us all by wearing a very rarely seen suite of heirloom amethyst jewels.
