On Saturday evening, members of the British royal family gathered in London for an important annual event: the Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
After a busy morning attending the State Opening of Parliament, King Charles and Queen Camilla set their crown and diadem aside for an evening at the opera. Queen Camilla, though, still managed to bring along an interesting piece of royal jewelry for the performance.
The pageantry has officially returned to the State Opening of Parliament in London! We saw numerous sparkling jewels on display during today’s ceremony, including a crown, a diadem, and multiple tiaras.
This week, King Charles and Queen Camilla have been in Kenya on a state visit. The jewels have been subdued overall, but on Tuesday, Camilla wore a spectacular brooch with significant royal provenance.
