We’re finally digging out from a winter storm here in my neck of the woods, but I’ve got one more snowflake on my radar: a sparkling one on a Canadian coin, made to resemble a brooch from Queen Elizabeth II’s collection.

I promised at least one more jewelry highlight from the recent Golden Globe Awards, and this one’s a stunner: a modern diamond and opal demi-parure, worn on the red carpet by Anya Taylor-Joy.

Yesterday, the Princess of Wales made a happy return to the hospital in London where she was treated last year, wearing a gleaming pair of golden earrings from Cartier for the occasion.
