Today, the Duchess of Edinburgh celebrates her milestone 60th birthday. In her honor, we’re spending some time today with one of her newest suites of jewelry, a demi-parure set with diamonds and royal blue sapphires.
This weekend at Hidden Gems, I’m beginning a new series on the fascinating courtship of Princess Margaret of Connaught, which took place 120 years ago this winter. Yesterday, the Princess of Wales made a happy return to the hospital in London where she was treated last year, wearing a gleaming pair of golden earrings from Cartier for the occasion.
