Sparkling Royal Jewels From Around the World
This weekend, the Spanish royals traveled to Oviedo for the annual presentation of the Princess of Asturias Awards. Today, we’ve got a look at all the jewels (including some major diamonds!) worn for the celebrations.
On Saturday in Athens, a descendant of the former Greek royal family was married in the city’s Metropolitan Cathedral for the first time since the end of the monarchy. Today, I’m bringing you all the royal jewels worn at the wedding of Prince Philippos of Greece and Denmark and Nina Flohr.
Today in Athens, the world will witness something it hasn’t seen in quite a while: the wedding of a member of Greek’s former royal family, taking place in the city’s Metropolitan Cathedral. Ahead of today’s festivities, I’ve got a look at some royal wedding jewels worn over the years by members of the family. (This isn’t a comprehensive list, but rather a survey of a range of jewels.)
