Sparkling Royal Jewels From Around the World
Today, the Duchess of Edinburgh celebrates her birthday, and in her honor we’re taking a closer look at her most recent tiara appearance: a mixture of blue and green gemstones worn during the German state visit.
The royal year in Luxembourg officially began last week with the New Year gala at the Grand Ducal Palace, and Grand Duchess Stéphanie gleamed in an heirloom citrine and pearl tiara for the occasion.
New year receptions have also been taking place in Brussels, and this week we saw sapphires, diamonds, and pearls sparkling on Belgium’s queen and crown princess at a palace reception for European dignitaries.
