The festive holiday season continued in Europe on Wednesday, with the Belgian royals attending the annual Christmas concert at the Royal Palace in Brussels.

King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of the Belgians arrived for the Christmas concert on Wednesday with their two daughters: Princess Elisabeth, Duchess of Brabant, who is home on holiday break from Harvard, and Princess Eléonore, who is the last of the royal couple’s four children still at home. Prince Gabriel and Prince Emmanuel were both absent this year due to their studies.

The royal family posed with the musicians and dancers performing as part of this year’s concert. More than 500 guests attended the concert, which was also shown on Belgian television.

All three of the royal ladies opted for sparkling ensembles for this year’s concert. Queen Mathilde paired a gold Natan gown with a gold clutch bag and shoes for the event.

She also wore a classic but impactful pair of earrings from her jewelry box: earrings with large round diamond drops. These have been in her collection for several years.

Princess Elisabeth was a starry sight in a black velvet dress with crystal embellishments from Rebecca Vallance. This is her second public appearance in the dress. She wore it for another musical occasion, this year’s Queen Elizabeth Piano Competition, back in May.

On both outings, Elisabeth echoed the celestial design of the dress with a pair of earrings borrowed from her mother’s jewelry box. The sun-shaped earrings come from Percossi Papi and are set with topazes and pearls. Elisabeth finished her look with a diamond tennis bracelet.

Princess Eléonore continued the glittering sartorial theme, wearing a black dress with sequin embellishments. UFO No More tells us that the dress comes from the brand Ba&Sh.

Behind her long hair, we got a brief glimpse of a pair of sparkling earrings. Perhaps long diamond or crystal pendants?
