Today, people around the world commemorate the sacrifices of men and women of the armed forces who have died in the line of duty, in holidays named Remembrance Day, Armistice Day, or Veterans Day. To mark the occasion, I thought we’d have a look at a selection of jewels worn by the late Queen Elizabeth II for the Festival of Remembrance in London.

The Queen Consort and the Princess of Wales were both out and about in England on Wednesday, wearing subtle daytime jewelry and remembrance poppies.
