Sparkling Royal Jewels From Around the World
Happy Birthday to Queen Maxima of the Netherlands! In honor of the exuberant royal jewelry wearer’s big day, I’ve got a look at a suite of vintage coral and diamond jewelry worn by Maxima during a regional visit earlier this week.
I’m popping back in earlier than planned to share some more gorgeous preview images from this summer’s Royal Collection Trust exhibition at Buckingham Palace. The show traces the evolution of royal photography over the last century, and there are images of some gorgeous royal jewels included in the exhibition.
Wednesday afternoon brought us another bejeweled surprise from Buckingham Palace: Queen Camilla’s first public appearance in the Williamson Pink Diamond Brooch, one of the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Cartier treasures.
