Today is Garter Day, the annual celebration of Britain’s most senior order of chivalry. For the order’s annual service at St. George’s Chapel on the grounds of Windsor Castle, we saw some special royal jewelry on display.

A little rain didn’t dampen the excitement over the Princess of Wales’s first public appearance of 2024, as she joined the rest of the royal family in London for the annual Trooping the Colour celebrations.

On Saturday, the British royals will gather in London for Trooping the Colour, the traditional celebration of the monarch’s birthday. The Princess of Wales, who is still in treatment for continuing health issues, is not currently scheduled to make an appearance during the celebrations, but in her honor, I’ve got a look back today at some of the best royal jewels she’s worn for Trooping the Colour over the years.
