This evening, the royal family coordinated ceremonies in Windsor and London to kick off the lighting of Platinum Jubilee Beacons across the nation and the Commonwealth—and we got a brand-new brooch debut in the process!

The Platinum Jubilee began with a blaze of color and sound this morning, as the Irish Guards led the annual Trooping the Colour presentation in London—and delivered a special salute to the Queen.
