The Top Ten: Crown Princess Victoria’s Wedding Gala (#10)

Ten years ago this month, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden were married in a lavish two-day celebration in Stockholm. To mark the anniversary, we’re counting down the best jewels from the celebrations. Today, we kick things off with a countdown of the best jewels worn to the gala dinner and concert held the night before the big royal wedding…

The tenth spot in our countdown goes to the golden jewels worn by Tatiana Blatnik, now Princess Tatiana of Greece and Denmark!

Tatiana, who married Prince Nikolaos of Greece and Denmark a few months after this wedding, wore a suite of hammered gold jewelry with her Grecian-inspired navy blue gown. She wore a pair of geometric gold earrings, plus a whimsical modern gold necklace…

…and a coordinating hammered gold bracelet. The entire set paid homage to the jewelry of the ancient world — very appropriate for a woman who was about to marry a member of Greece’s former reigning family.
