Sparkling Royal Jewels From Around the World
The second episode of Dronningens Skatkammer, a companion series to the two current royal jewel exhibitions in Denmark, aired on Danish television this week. There were plenty of jewels to delight in—especially pieces connected to the late Queen Ingrid.
The birthday tributes for Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom have been rolling in today, and one in particular caught my eye: the new Platinum Jubilee Barbie Doll from Mattel, released yesterday to coincide with the big royal day.
