Harry has been the patron of WellChild since 2007, and he brought his new wife along with him to attend the awards at the Royal Lancaster Hotel.

Meghan chose understated, classic attire for the awards, smartly keeping the spotlight on the remarkable children being honored. With her black trouser suit, she wore the diamond and pearl earrings that were her wedding gift from the Queen. She debuted the earrings in June in Cheshire.

Both Harry and Meghan also wore pins on their jackets featuring the WellChild logo.
