Diamond Tiara Tournament: Week Five Results!

We've got all the results from our first round two votes!

Our first contest of the week paired up two sleek tiaras that let diamonds shine in minimal designs. While the Dutch Diamond Bandeau pulled in a very respectable 39.58% of the vote, Queen Alexandra's Kokoshnik won with 60.42%.

This contest matched up sparklers from Luxembourg! The Belgian Scroll Tiara narrowly beat the competition, winning 52.55% of your votes, while 47.45% of you chose Princess Sibilla's Diamond Tiara.

This Cinderella contest brought us yet another surprise! Though 36.07% of you favored the Dutch Laurel Wreath Tiara, Queen Mary's Diamond Bandeau was the upset winner yet again with 63.93%!

Would it be the fringe or the floral? In a very close contest, the Danish Floral Aigrette claimed victory with 51.9%, while Queen Mary's Fringe Tiara was right on its heels with 48.1%!

This contest featured sparklers from Japan and Spain! The Meiji Tiara brought home victory again, winning with 62.63%, while 37.37% of you chose the Prussian Tiara.

The all-diamond Vlad was matched up against Belgium's grandest tiara in this pairing. While the Nine Provinces Tiara brought in 31.73% of the vote, the Vladimir Tiara was victorious with 68.27%.

Would it be the Scandinavian sparkler or the honeycomb diadem? The Greville Tiara won the day with 64.07% of the vote, while the Vasa Tiara was favored by 35.93% of voters.


Our final contest of the week was a runaway! While Princess Anne's Festoon Tiara brought in 28.73% of the vote, the Stuart Tiara triumphed with 71.27%.
