Queen Sofia's Star and Pearl Tiara vs. Countess Bettina's Modern Tiara

This striking tiara, with its upright pearls and diamond stars, originally belonged to Queen Sofia of Sweden. She passed the tiara to her daughter-in-law, Queen Victoria of Sweden, who in turn bequeathed in to her granddaughter, Queen Ingrid of Denmark. She often loaned the tiara to her daughters and other family members, and in 2000, she left it to Princess Benedikte. She and her daughters continue to wear the tiara today.

Countess Bettina's Modern Tiara

This modern sparkler, which features multi-colored gemstones set atop dramatic diamond festoons, is worn by Countess Bettina Bernadotte. She's a daughter of Prince Lennart of Sweden (and a granddaughter of Prince Wilhelm of Sweden and Grand Duchess Maria Pavlovna of Russia). You'll occasionally spot Bettina wearing the unusual tiara during the annual Nobel festivities in Stockholm.

We'll have all the results from our wild card round coming up this weekend!
