For one of the most important royal galas of the year, the annual presentation of the Nobel Prizes, Queen Silvia of Sweden reached for major heirloom jewels. Here's a look at all the sparkle!

For the presentation and banquet, Queen Silvia wore a gown by Elie Saab.

With the diamond tiara, she wore even more diamond accessories: diamond floral earrings from the Braganza parure, as well as a major diamond riviere.

She also wore the Leuchtenberg Pearl and Ruby Brooch, which was given by King Oscar I to Queen Josefina. The five pearls represent their five children.
