10. The Duchess of Cambridge wore the Irish Guards Brooch with green amethyst and green tourmaline earrings to hand out shamrocks to the Irish Guards on St. Patrick's Day. (More over here!)

9. During an official visit to the Netherlands on Tuesday, Queen Rania of Jordan wore a pair of statement earrings in The Hague.

8. Pearls, including square button earrings and a station-style necklace, were Crown Princess Masako of Japan's choice to see her husband off as he departed for Brazil on March 16.

7. On Wednesday, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa of Luxembourg wore an ultra-modern suite of jewels for a visit to the Airbus A380 assembly site in Blagnac.

6. Queen Maxima of the Netherlands chose pieces from her collection of citrine jewels to welcome the Jordanian royal couple to The Hague on Tuesday.

5. The Duchess of Cornwall wore her spectacular turquoise and diamond drop earrings on Wednesday for The National Literacy Trust's 25th anniversary at Plaisterers' Hall; appropriately, her brooch is the badge of the Worshipful Company of Plaisterers.

4. On Tuesday, Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom wore one of Queen Victoria's bow brooches to visit the Royal Academy of Arts in London and view an exhibit on the art collection of King Charles I.

3. For Monday's state dinner in Paris, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore diamond and emerald jewels, including Queen Astrid's convertible choker necklace. (More over here!)

2. A pair of Dutch royal jewels almost got my top vote of the week! For dinner with the Jordanian royals on Tuesday, Queen Maxima wore a new, pendant-less version of the Stuart Necklace, while Princess Beatrix wore part of the Borneo Diamond Suite as a necklace.

1. But I couldn't pass up a tiara! Alessandra de Osma, bride of Christian of Hanover, wore the family's grand Hanoverian Floral Tiara for her religious wedding this weekend. (Much more over here!)
